nice! so you won a trophy? Yeah the final Heat was a 800 Outlander, 800 Polaris, and my Little od Brute Force....I got 1st place in my class... I was really excited....Those Outlanders are hard to beat in the Mud. They don't hold up on the trails but Mud Racin there Great....

Great lookin pics Mark..........sure showin them how to ride that thing ain't ya?? I had a blast JW....That was the most fun i have had in a year or so. I thought i did really good for having a Brute with only Snorkels,Dynatek, & Zilla Tires. The only thing that I thought was messed up was they let a few moded out bikes with Cruskloks,Laws, Lifts, & Motor work enter the Hunter/Ameteur Class. There was only about 3 of them and I got lucky and only had to race one in my Heat and beat him. In was only by a few feet though...just got a better start than him and blocked him was the only way I did. The other 2 got put out by the Red Outlander I raced in the final run. That thing only had 26 inch Laws...but it could move. He was affraid of getting hit and scratching it though. We raced 2 wide the whole time until the last heat. It was 3 wide then...I line up about an inch away from his tires and I knew if i moved over a little he would back off...he did. I didn't care if i came outta of the pit with nothing but tires and a frame A little rubbin never hurt no one. LOL!!! I can't wait to do it again. I'm going to do a little more work to mine though. I'm going to get 27 or 28 inch Outlaws, maybe a 2 inch lift, HMF and a few other things. I was really suprised at how many race bikes had 27 & 28 inch tires. I thought they would all have atleast 29.5's or bigger.

yup... the smaller they are, the lighter they are, the faster you can spin them! I think i'm going to get either 27 inch Outlaws or Silverbacks. The Back run bigger than the Laws from I have seen but they are sure proud of them. Outlaws are cheaper. I have been told better too...not really sure though. what do you all like?

I GOTTA SET OF LAWS ON MY FOREMAN, AND LOVE THEM. NEVER MESSED WITH THE BACKS, AIN'T HAD THE MONEY FOR THEM. AIN'T RODE WITH ANYONE THAT HAS THEM EITHER. SO CAN'T HELP YA THERE MUCH.

i think they tend to dig more than the laws, which, paddle more. which IMO is what you want for most situations. though in a pit, the backs might not float as much since they weigh more. Which in a watery pit race is what you want. something to get on the bottom and stay on the bottom.

The Outlaws are a proven tire. I seen alot of S'Backs at Mudfest I really like them. I think I will probaly get outlaws cause they wear better from what i here. The S'Backs are Real soft and they are about a $100 higher a set for 27's & 28's. Thats the prices i have seen anyway. I heard the tread is deeper on 27 Laws than 28's.....is that true? I forgot to pay attention at the races.

I have noticed on the 28" laws that the thread is shallower than on the 27's and the 29.5's. Also have noticed that the 28's are a little more rounded than they are flat on the surface of the tire than the 27's and 29.5's are.
